Graduate in Statistics with a Master's degree in Quality and Business Organization. He has been involved in tourism for 20 years and for the past 4 has directed WWF Travel, a tour operator specializing in ecotourism for WWF Italy. He is a lecturer in Responsible Tourism at Uninform's Master TQM program.
