Phillys Kong

Social Sustainability Manager - Ferrero

Phyllis Kong is Social Sustainability Manager at Ferrero’s Corporate CSR & Sustainability function. She has been with Ferrero for over a decade and in her role, she steers the company’s approach to human rights across the value chain, providing strategy and policy support. She also leads several strategic partnerships with NGOs and expert organizations and works with peer companies to advance the company’s human rights agenda, where she believes collaborations are key to systemic change and scale positive impacts.

She represents Ferrero in various industry associations including AIM-Progress, ILO Child Labour Platform, CGF Human Rights Coalition, etc. In 2017, she joined the leadership team of AIM-Progress. She currently co-leads its Grievance Mechanism Working Group.

Prior to the current role, she worked in Ferrero’s Responsible Sourcing Team and the European Commission. She holds a Master’s degree in Governance & Ethics from University College London as a Chevening Scholar, with academic background on social policies and public administration.
