Peters actively works to create opportunities for marginalized communities in creative industries. As a board trustee for Relate, he also advises the Fashion Retail Academy and Manchester Fashion Institute, pushing for systemic change in education.
Formerly on the British Fashion Council's DE&l Steering Committee, he co-led the 2024 DEl Census report, shaping industry-wide discussions on equity. In 2023, Vogue Business recognized him as a Champion of Change for reshaping fashion, beauty, and luxury.
