Passionate about people and the planet, Silvia is an executive and team coach, consultant, and trainer with over 25 years of international corporate experience. She holds an MBA in HRM from the City University Business School in London, where she was a Visiting Professor in Organizational Behaviour and Change for 15 years. As Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Italy and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 2004, she has been a driving force for positive change. While serving as a Board Trustee of the ICF Foundation, she launched the Ignite initiative, coaching for social change related to the UN SDGs, which has impacted over 16 million people.
